Job summary

Manulife Manila is seeking a Business Process Senior Associate to join our Insurance Operations team. You will process and analyze transactions supporting Canadian Group Benefits, and ensure adherence to SLAs and policies.

Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of BPO/back-office or administrative experience; day or night shift options are available and Microsoft tools proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree; undergraduates may also apply, provided they have at least 2 years of BPO, back‑office, or administrative experience.
• Familiarity with office management tasks, data entry, document handling, and providing general support to ensure efficient office operations is desirable.
• Amenable for either day shift or night shift.
• Proficiency inMicrosoft tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze transactions in alignment with the Service Level Agreements set with the Business Unit.
• Attain mastery of Business Unit policies governing the transactions handled.
• Report all system issues that may affect operational performance.
• Perform other duties and functions assigned by Operations Management.
