Job summary

Manulife Financial is seeking an Investments Operations Analyst to join the Insurance Operations team in the Manila region. You will review, validate, and process policy withdrawal requests across channels.

This role requires at least 1 year in back-office operations, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to work permanent night shift (9:00 PM–6:00 AM) with a hybrid on-site schedule three days per week. You will enter data into internal systems and ensure IGO compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field required.
• At least 1 year of back-office operations, transaction processing, administrative support, or similar operational roles.
• Willingness to work permanent night shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and a hybrid schedule with onsite work three times per week.

Responsibilities

• Review and process insurance policy withdrawal requests received through various channels, including signed forms, email, and fax.
• Validate submissions to ensure they are In Good Order (IGO) and meet all policy and documentation requirements.
• Accurately enter and update transaction details within internal systems.
• Adhere to established operational, compliance, and quality standards while meeting productivity targets.
• Support cross-functional activities and provide assistance to other business units as required.
