Job summary

Manulife is seeking an Annuity Services Coordinator to join the Insurance Operations team in MBPS. You will manage day-to-day annuity contract administration, respond to client and advisor inquiries, and ensure timely, accurate processing within SLAs.

Minimum 6 months of call center experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, insurance or related field preferred.
Amenable to fixed night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key contact for day-to-day administration and maintenance of annuity contracts.
Respond to client and advisor inquiries with accurate information and timely resolutions.
Support First Call Resolution objectives for service partners and contact centres.
Process non-financial annuity transactions accurately and within SLAs.
Maintain back-office systems with complete and timely information.
Handle VOA-related requests and verify related documentation.
Review incoming work and assign cases based on complexity and priority.
Monitor work distribution to meet performance metrics.
Ensure quality, accuracy, productivity and service excellence targets are met.
