Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate with at least 6 months BPO experience.
• College graduates are welcome even without BPO experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay City and Alabang.
• Amenable to work on a graveyard shift schedule.
• Basic computer navigation and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to life insurance and annuity products.
• Provide accurate information regarding policies, benefits, claims, and account updates.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with team members and support functions to ensure customer satisfaction.
