Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is hiring an Accounts Payable Lead for a 100% onsite role in Central Bloc 2, Cebu IT Park, Cebu City, working the night shift. You will oversee our AP operations for the Market project, ensure timely vendor payments, and drive process improvements while coordinating with global teams.

This role requires a 6–10 year background in AP, 2–3 years in people management, and strong Vendor Master Data Management experience. Start date ASAP; headcount 1.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, finance, or related discipline.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of people management experience.
• Strong experience in Vendor Master Data Management (VMD).
• Prior experience in a BPO / Shared Services / Global Business Services environment.
• Experience managing offshore, remote, or geographically distributed teams.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with customers and client stakeholders.
• Experience managing operational transitions, service stabilization, or process transformation initiatives is preferred

Education
