Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Hands-on experience in both AR and AP.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments accurately to open invoices (ACH, wire, and check).
• Identify and flag unapplied or incorrectly applied payments with proper documentation.
• Enter vendor invoices into the accounting system with accuracy (vendor details, amount, coding, approvals).
• Organize and maintain invoice documentation.
• Escalate discrepancies or missing information promptly.
• Ensure high accuracy, attention to detail, and timely completion of tasks.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain clear communication with the finance team.
