Job summary

Office Beacon LLC in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga seeks an Accounting Virtual Assistant to support U.S.-based clients with end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting operations.

The role requires hands-on use of QuickBooks, Xero and Excel, bank reconciliations, invoicing, AP/AR, and financial reporting, with a focus on accuracy and timely month-end close.

This is a full-time night-shift, in-person position with opportunities for growth and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Xero is required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, and data validation.
• Experience managing end-to-end bookkeeping processes for multiple accounts or clients.
• Familiarity with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate bookkeeping records for multiple U.S.-based clients.
• Record and categorize daily financial transactions in QuickBooks and Xero.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers.
• Review financial entries for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Prepare and review Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with journal entries, accruals, and other accounting adjustments.
