Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Network Support Specialist to ensure the delivery of services to newly onboarded customers, focusing on network installation.

You will collaborate with Installers and Project Managers to deploy networks and address issues during installation, while monitoring PICs and ensuring tools and access for property staff are available. The role requires hands-on networking experience, VLANs/WLAN configuration, and Layer 2 troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of hands-on experience with Networking.
• Experience in switching.
• Proficiency in configuring Layer 2 devices (e.g., VLANs, WLANs).
• Layer 2 support experience.
• Ability to subnet in Layer3.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Installers and Project Managers on network implementation of new installations or deployments.
• Address concerns of newly onboarded properties during installation.
• Perform Post Install Checks (PIC) and follow up with installers on missing or failed items.
• Monitor and ensure completion of PICs; identify training or installation process changes needed.
• Ensure all tools are available and accessible for property staff.
• Work with Field Technicians to troubleshoot installation-related issues.
• Coordinate and schedule training with property staff for Site Dashboard and Conference Tool; provide Splash Page orientation.
• Ensure all devices are set up and monitored in the NMS.
