Job summary

Jatro BPO is seeking a Network Support Engineer to maintain and monitor the company\'s network infrastructure in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will troubleshoot, secure, and sustain reliable connectivity, collaborating with IT teams to meet SLAs and ensure uptime.

The role requires CCNA certification, 2–3 years in network support, and experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds/PRTG/Nagios). Strong communication and customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer engineering, CS or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in network support or related IT infra role.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN and firewalls.
• CCNA certification is required.
• CCNP, CompTIA Network+ or other networking certs are an advantage.
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios or similar.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a BPO, IT services, or 24/7 environment.
• Ability to communicate technical info clearly to technical and non-technical users.
• Strong customer service and service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and identify issues to maintain SLA compliance.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, VLANs, routing, switching, and related services.
• Maintain routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and infrastructure.
• Perform configuration changes, firmware updates, and security patches.
• Maintain network diagrams, backups, and documentation.
• Provide technical support for connectivity and VPN access.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with IT support, vendors, and service providers.
• Participate in incident response, change management, and maintenance.
• Manage network security controls, IT policies, and SLA requirements.
