Job summary

Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a client-focused professional to manage relationships, handle after-sales concerns, and coordinate payments in a fast-paced, on-site setting in Metro Manila.

You will monitor accounts, provide updates to Account Managers, support renewals, and ensure timely payments while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related or relevant field.
• Willing to work on-site in a client-facing environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Confident, proactive and assertive when dealing with clients.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Front Office, BPO or related role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve after-sales concerns, inquiries, and payment-related requests from clients.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates to Account Managers on payment transactions and account status.
• Monitor account renewals and manage new and existing client accounts.
• Review financial reports and monitor accounts to ensure timely payment collection with AR coordination.
• Address client concerns promptly, providing solutions while ensuring policy compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
