Job summary

Blue collar Manpower services in the Philippines is seeking a Recruitment Head to lead end-to-end blue-collar recruitment nationwide, ensuring timely fulfillment of client manpower requests while upholding quality, compliance, and deployment targets.

You will develop sourcing strategies, supervise the recruitment team (recruiters, senior recruiters, and sourcing specialists), and collaborate with Operations, Business Development, and HR to achieve manpower objectives and strong KPI results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, with supervisory/managerial exposure.
• Experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment (security, manpower, logistics, manufacturing, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor regulations and recruitment processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and recruitment systems/ATS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Blue Collar Recruitment Team.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of client manpower requirements.
• Create and implement nationwide recruitment strategies.
• Forecast manpower requirements based on sales pipeline and existing clients.
• Monitor recruitment productivity and deployment performance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Business Development, and HR to meet deployment objectives.
• Prepare and present recruitment reports regularly.
• Maintain accountability within the recruitment division.
