Job summary

Billease is seeking an experienced Training Lead to oversee nationwide field trainers, design certification programs, and drive consistent coaching and performance across regions. You will build scalable training materials, standardize processes, and track results with dashboards to support sales outcomes.

The role requires collaboration with sales, product, and operations to continuously improve training effectiveness and rollout nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in training.
• At least 2 years handling sales training, sales enablement, or field sales.
• At least 1–2 years leading or supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support Sales Field Trainers deployed nationwide.
• Monitor SFT performance, field coverage, and deliverables across regions.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and field visits.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of new SFTs.
• Design, implement, and maintain the SFT Certification Program.
• Run regular calibration sessions to ensure standard assessments.
• Manage recertification cycles and remediation plans.
• Standardize training materials, delivery quality, and reporting trackers.
• Maintain a single source of truth for field training content.
• Identify and implement improvements to training programs with leadership.
• Streamline field training workflows from onboarding to refresher programs.
• Own the nationwide cascade process for product updates and campaigns.
• Ensure cascades are fast, accurate, and checked with knowledge checks.
• Serve as escalation point for field questions and feed insights.
• Develop Train-the-Trainer programs and Leadership Development for SNASs.
• Create training materials, tools, and resources aligned with objectives.
• Track coverage, completion, and post-training performance nationwide.
• Prepare and present reports on trainer productivity and impact.
• Use data to identify skill gaps and recommend interventions.
