Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years in sales, commercial or business development in food service, ingredients, frozen foods, FMCG, or related sectors.
• Proven people management experience and ability to lead, coach and develop team members.
• Strong track record of acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
• Lead commercial engagements with senior decision-makers including business owners and CEOs.
• Develop and execute market penetration strategies to grow market share in food manufacturing and food service.
• Build relationships through consultative selling and value-based negotiations.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across food processors, manufacturers, and large corporate customers.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts with high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align commercial objectives and customer needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports to achieve team goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
• Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events and key discussions.
• Operate in a lean team structure, taking ownership beyond traditional role boundaries.
