Job summary

The role includes leading expansion initiatives—targeting about 3 new mall expansions annually—while building capability and strong relationships with tenants and communities, within an owner-led culture prioritizing pakikisama.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership in multi-site retail, restaurant ops, FMCG, or similar customer-centric businesses.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale operations with 600+ employees.
• Strong strategic planning, execution and P&L/operational management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead nationwide mall operations and align senior management with strategy, KPIs, and targets.
• Drive operational excellence across malls, ensuring standards in efficiency, safety, sustainability and performance.
• Lead expansion initiatives, delivering approximately 3 new mall expansions annually.
• Elevate customer and tenant experience by building strong relationships with tenants, local stakeholders, and communities.
• Build organizational capability and succession to sustain growth.
