Job summary

Primer Group in Metro Manila seeks a Mall Head to support the Area Manager in overseeing daily store operations across mall-based locations. You will supervise staff, uphold store standards, and drive sales performance while aligning with brand positioning.

You will act as a liaison between frontline teams and management, provide updates on mall activity and marketing trends, and ensure compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• College Graduate
• 3+ years experience in retail operations, store management, or a supervisory role, preferably mall-based.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of store teams and ensure adherence to schedules and performance expectations.
• Train, guide, and motivate store staff; cascade shift schedules.
• Drive store sales targets and lead high-impact visual merchandising aligned with brand standards.
• Monitor mall activity, coordinate with mall admins for events and promotions, and relay market insights to management.
• Ensure proper opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and accurate reporting.
• Manage inventory processes, counts, replenishment, and loss prevention.
