One Gasport Property Managers OPC seeks a Senior Mall Manager to lead mall operations on-site, driving profitability and tenant mix. You will coordinate security, marketing, leasing, and tenant relations to align with corporate standards.
The role reports to the President and requires extensive leadership in multi-disciplinary environments, with a focus on strategic planning and performance optimization across the mall ecosystem.
The Senior Mall Manager serves as the senior executive responsible for the overall performance, management, and strategic direction of the mall.
This position functions as the on-site location head for all mall-based shared services operations, ensuring the coordinated execution of all functions within the mall environment, including operations, leasing, marketing, tenant relations, and mall performance management.
The Senior Mall Manager acts as the primary point of integration for shared service functions physically deployed at the mall, while ensuring that all functional departments remain aligned with corporate standards and directives.
The role reports directly to the President.
Lead the mall as a commercial business unit, ensuring profitability, sustainability, and growth
Drive performance in terms of revenue, occupancy, tenant mix, and customer experience
Develop and execute annual business plans, budgets, and performance targets
Serve as the official on-site head of the mall and provide overall coordination and integration of all mall-based activities and services
Oversee day-to-day mall operations including security, housekeeping, traffic management, and customer experience
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and building standards
Provide strategic direction for leasing to ensure optimal occupancy and tenant mix
Oversee mall marketing strategy, campaigns, and events
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, partners, and stakeholders
Report regularly to the President on mall performance, risks, and opportunities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in mall operations, retail, or commercial property management
Minimum 5 years in a senior management or executive role
Strong experience in operations, leasing, and commercial management
Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary, matrix environments
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
