Billease is seeking a Field Training & Enablement Sub Lead to manage the nationwide Sales Field Trainer team and elevate training standards across all regions. You will standardize materials, certify trainers, and accelerate information cascades to SAs through structured programs.

You will design development paths for SFTs and SNASs, build robust trackers, and present regular productivity and impact reports.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of experience in training, with at least 2 years handling sales training, sales enablement, or field sales—fintech background preferred.
• At least 1–2 years leading or supervising a team, ideally trainers or field-based staff.
• Proven experience designing training programs, certification frameworks, or train-the-trainer curricula.
• Strong people leadership to manage a distributed, field-based trainer team.
• Willingness to travel nationwide regularly, including field immersions with SFTs and SAs, plus weekends/non-standard hours.
• Flexibility to adapt to different regional conditions and team dynamics.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, ops, product, and Training Team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise, and support Sales Field Trainers deployed nationwide.
• Monitor SFT performance, field coverage, and deliverables across all regions.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and field visits to observe SFTs during live training and SA engagements.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of new SFTs.
• Design, implement, and maintain the SFT Certification Program covering knowledge, facilitation, coaching, and evaluation skills.
• Run calibration sessions to ensure consistent standards across regions.
• Streamline field training workflows from SA onboarding to refresher programs.
• Own the nationwide cascade process for product updates, policy changes, and campaign launches.
