Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, medical technology, life sciences, or related field.
• Sales experience in medical diagnostics or related industries is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant background and strong potential in sales are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular customer visits within the assigned territory.
• Organized, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to assist with field support activities such as account collection and product delivery when needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute the company’s sales strategies and achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
• Develop new accounts and maintain existing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements.
• Present products, conduct demonstrations, evaluations, and follow-through with customers.
• Support field activities and assist with product delivery as needed.
