MSN LABS PHILIPPINES INC. seeks a District Sales Manager to lead and coach a Medical Representatives team in the Visayas area, driving cardiology product sales and market penetration while executing marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate has a strong cardio background, proven leadership, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills to achieve sales targets and build key HCP relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or healthcare field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a District Sales Manager.
• Strong cardiology background is an advantage.
• Proven leadership, coaching skills, and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Visayas area.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Medical Representatives within the district.
• Drive sales performance, market penetration, and execution of marketing strategies for cardiology products.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and implement territory business plans.
• Build strong relationships with key healthcare professionals including doctors.
