Job summary

Hovid Inc. in Philippines seeks an experienced National Sales Manager to lead the nationwide pharmaceutical sales force, coordinating with multiple District Sales Managers and Key Account Managers.

You will drive strategic plans with Marketing and Accounts teams, oversee growth across cardiovascular, diabetes, gastro and pain management portfolios, and coach teams to meet and exceed sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Nursing, or any related field.
• MBA or other post-graduate business qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 15 years progressive experience in Pharmaceutical Sales and Commercial Operations.
• Minimum of 5 years in a National Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, Commercial Manager, or equivalent leadership role within a pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic input to and responsibility for meeting the team’s sales goals for long-term growth around core products.
• Drive growth within existing accounts and develop new business in core distribution channels and partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Accounts Manager to build a strategic plan: market analysis, targets, competition, growth opportunities.
• Map out and execute growth plans with insights into regional market trends and opportunities; provide continual market analysis.
• Build and maintain a high-performance sales organization to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement direct sales strategies and guide District Sales Managers towards corporate sales objectives.
• Develop competencies and processes to create an efficient sales organization and lead through coaching and reviews.
• Coordinate with Finance and Operations on sales management, budgets, compensation, and incentives.
