Job summary

MSN Labs Philippines Inc. seeks a District Sales Manager to lead and coach a team of Medical Representatives in the Metro Manila region, driving sales and market penetration for cardiology products. The role requires setting territory plans and achieving targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or any healthcare-related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a District Sales Manager.
Cardiology background is an advantage.
Proven leadership, coaching skills, and strong business acumen.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Willing to be assigned in GMA area.

Responsibilities

Responsible for leading, coaching, and managing a team of Medical Representatives within the assigned district.
Drives sales performance, market penetration, and execution of marketing strategies for cardiology-related products.
Ensures achievement of sales targets and implements territory business plans.
Builds strong relationships with key healthcare professionals including doctors.
