Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 8–10 years sales experience, 3–5 years in leadership.
• AC/HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Proven channel sales management and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve AC sales targets.
• Manage and expand dealer and distributor networks nationwide.
• Lead sell-in and sell-out initiatives to drive market share growth.
• Monitor sales performance and provide strategic insights and forecasts.
• Build relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
