Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer service role or similar
• Experience handling multiple communication channels (chat, email, calls)
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update activity logs in CRM and Google Sheets
• Direct customers to online resources and respond to inquiries via chat, email, product reviews, SMS, social media and calls
• Meet KPIs such as chat response time and email turnaround time
• Update customer records with interactions and notes
• Suggest improvements to customer care and experiences
• Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and learn new skills
