Qualifications

• At least 3 months BPO/customer service experience is preferred
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Comfortable handling both voice and non-voice channels
• Good typing, computer, and multitasking skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
• Willing to work weekends/holidays if required by the account
• Must be available for the entire seasonal employment period
• Must be willing to meet the account's attendance and performance requirements

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through voice calls, chat, and/or email
• Provide accurate and timely assistance regarding customer concerns, orders, accounts, products, or services
• Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Follow account-specific procedures, scripts, and quality standards
• Document customer interactions accurately in the required systems
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
• Meet required productivity, attendance, customer satisfaction, and quality targets
• Adapt to changing volumes and business requirements during the seasonal period
• Maintain professionalism and composure when handling high-volume customer interactions
