Qualifikationen

• 5-7+ years in multi-unit restaurant management is required.
• Proven track record in managing Area Managers and Store Managers.
• Strong P&L management and business acumen.
• Experience in building and implementing SOPs, operations manuals, and training systems.
• Strong leadership presence with coaching and accountability.

• Ensure strong operational execution in sales, service, and SOP compliance.
