Job summary

JENMA Food Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, high-quality food, and exceptional customer service across one or more locations.

You will lead restaurant managers and staff, develop schedules, monitor costs and inventory, and uphold food safety and brand standards while driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in restaurant or hospitality industry.
• At least 3 years in a management or operations role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food service standards, and customer service.
• Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and scheduling tools.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• Strong financial and cost-control skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
• Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and supervise restaurant managers, supervisors, and staff.
• Develop staff schedules and control labor costs.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
• Control operational costs, including food cost, labor cost, and waste.
• Analyze sales reports, budgets, and P&L statements to improve profitability.
• Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and labor regulations.
