Job summary

KNC Group of Companies, a Jollibee Foods Corp franchisee, seeks a Group Manager to develop, implement and evaluate multi-restaurant plans for sales growth and quality targets across existing restaurants. You will oversee programs from Corporate and SBU units, coach RMs, and prepare business cases for systemic operational issues, driving performance across the group and enhancing customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, Marketing or any business-related course.
• At least 6 years store operations management experience in a QSR industry.
• Training on advanced-level profit management and financial analysis-related programs.
• Training on advanced-level store-marketing related programs.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deploys operational tactics based on multi-restaurant strategies; sets expectations with Direct Reports.
• Monitors multi-restaurant performance and implements action plans.
• Consults with Area Manager for issue resolution on new product processes and customer experience.
• Develops sales-building initiatives for retail areas and oversees marketing implementations.
• Audits compliance, supports renovations and equipment decisions, and ensures service quality.
