Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, performance, and profitability of multiple stores in the area.
• Ensure branches meet service standards and sales targets.
• Maintain operational efficiency and courier/logistics partner relationships.
• Conduct store visits, audits, and staff coaching/training.
• Support business development and revenue growth initiatives.
• Monitor sales, implement cost-control measures, and report findings.
• Manage vendor and courier partnerships and related finance activities.
• Prepare and analyze sales and operational reports.
