Job summary

JLL in Taguig, Philippines is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to service our client’s on-site facilities. You will perform electrical, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry tasks and coordinate with vendors as needed.

The role covers a range of minor faults that take under two hours to fix, with on-site responsibilities and a focus on keeping premises safe and functioning.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or facilities upkeep.
• Ability to read simple drawings and schematics is a plus.
• Willingness to perform a variety of repair tasks in a facilities environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical distribution and related equipment.
• Inspect and service lighting systems and emergency lighting.
• Monitor ventilation and HVAC systems; coordinate with PPM/vendor.
• Assist with fire protection/detection system coordination.
• Perform minor plumbing and carpentry repairs.
• Provide general handyman services; fix faults that take <2 hours.
• Undertake duties as assigned by clients.

• Electrical distributions systems and associated system and equipment serving the client’s leased space
• Lighting systems
• Emergency lighting systems
• Ventilation System (e.g. exhaust fans)
• HVAC System – monitoring and coordination with PPM vendor
• Fire Protection/Detection System – monitoring and coordination with PPM vendor
• Minor plumbing and carpentry works.

Provide a general "handy man" service to rectify minor faults or repairs needed to the Premises and any fixtures and fittings associated with the facility. Minor faults are those that will consume <2 hours of continuous work. Undertake any duties that maybe assigned by clients.
