Job summary

JLL in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a hands-on maintenance professional to support on-site facilities. You will work with electrical distribution systems, lighting, HVAC, ventilation, and fire protection systems for the client’s leased space.

This role emphasizes practical handyman duties, quick fault resolution within two hours, minor plumbing and carpentry, and assisting with client requests as needed.

Responsibilities

• Electrical distribution systems and related equipment for the client’s leased space.
• Lighting systems, emergency lighting and ventilation systems.
• HVAC system – monitoring and coordination with PPM vendor.
• Fire protection/detection system – monitoring and coordination with PPM vendor.
• Minor plumbing and carpentry works.
• Provide a general "handy man" service to rectify minor faults or repairs needed to the Premises and fixtures, typically <2 hours of continuous work.
• Undertake any duties that may be assigned by clients.

• Minor plumbing and carpentry works.

• Provide a general "handy man" service to rectify minor faults or repairs needed to the Premises and any fixtures and fittings associated with the facility. Minor faults are those that will consume <2 hours of continuous work.
• Undertake any duties that maybe assigned by clients.
