Job summary

ZC Kings Manpower Cooperative in Manila City, Metro Manila, is seeking a skilled Multi Skilled Technician to join our operations team on a full-time basis. The role covers maintenance across building systems to ensure safety, functionality and performance.

You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment, read blueprints, and work with a team to minimise downtime and support quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Competent in at least three trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, welding or general repairs).
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems and safety protocols.
• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints and manuals.

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Skilled Technician to join the team at ZC Kings Manpower Cooperative. This is a full-time position based in Santa Cruz, Manila City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of technical and maintenance tasks across various building systems and infrastructure. As a Multi Skilled Technician, you will be a key member of our operations team, ensuring that all facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards of safety, functionality and performance. Your expertise across multiple trades will be instrumental in minimising downtime and maximising operational efficiency.

What you'll be doing

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment
• Inspect, diagnose and repair various building infrastructure and facilities to ensure optimal functionality
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and document findings in maintenance logs and reports
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls, troubleshooting issues efficiently
• Perform general repairs including carpentry, painting, welding and fabrication work as required
• Maintain and repair plumbing systems, fixtures and related infrastructure
• Assist with electrical maintenance and repairs under appropriate supervision where required
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas and tools
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding project status and concerns

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Multi Skilled Technician or similar role in the building trades industry
• Competency in at least three of the following areas: plumbing, electrical maintenance, HVAC systems, carpentry, welding or general mechanical repairs
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems and safety protocols
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and maintenance manuals
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
• Physical capability to perform manual labour, lift heavy objects and work at heights where necessary
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Valid certifications or licences in relevant trades (preferred but not essential)
• Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
