HR Primo Management Services in Manila is seeking a resourceful Multi-Skilled Technician to maintain, repair, and improve our office and retail facilities. This hands-on role covers carpentry, electrical work, and general maintenance to ensure smooth, safe operations across all locations.

The ideal candidate is experienced in carpentry and woodwork, understands electrical and plumbing basics, and can use hand and power tools safely.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar role.
• Strong Carpentry And Woodwork Skills (required).
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Physically fit with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Vocational graduate or high school diploma.
• Residing in or willing to work in Binondo, Manila.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, repair, and installation work on furniture, fixtures, and building structures.
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, and control panels.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and safety systems.
• Handle painting, minor plumbing, and cleaning tasks as needed.
• Support facility improvement projects and collaborate with the maintenance team.
• Report maintenance concerns and coordinate with the Facilities or Office Manager.
