Job summary

About the role

Polystar General Services Inc. is seeking a Multi Skilled Technician to join our team in Baguio City, Benguet. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities and building systems. As a Multi Skilled Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple systems and disciplines, contributing directly to the efficient functioning of our properties and the satisfaction of our clients. This role is essential to our body corporate and facilities management operations, where your technical expertise will have a meaningful impact on the quality of service we deliver.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and preventative inspections on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair calls, diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions
• Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation equipment
• Maintain and repair electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with safety standards
• Service plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment, addressing leaks, blockages, and other issues
• Perform general building maintenance tasks, including painting, carpentry, and structural repairs as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed and materials used
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times
• Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to prioritise maintenance tasks effectively
• Report any significant issues or hazards to management immediately

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Multi Skilled Technician, facilities maintenance technician, or in a similar maintenance role within the facilities or body corporate management sector
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in at least three of the following disciplines: HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, or mechanical systems
• Certification or formal training in refrigeration and air conditioning (RAC) or equivalent technical qualification
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to multiple locations as required
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in various environmental conditions
• Knowledge of safety protocols and building codes is highly desirable
• Previous experience in body corporate or facilities management environments is preferred
