• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repairs on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities according to established schedules and maintenance protocols to minimise equipment failure and extend asset lifespan
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls, diagnosing problems and implementing timely solutions
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance to track maintenance history and identify patterns
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, replacing defective parts and components as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when specialised repairs are required
• Perform general handyperson duties including painting, carpentry, furniture assembly, and minor construction work
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of maintenance storage areas and tools

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join the team at Interactive Multi-Purpose Cooperative. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities, equipment, and systems are maintained in optimal working condition. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our cooperative and directly contributes to the safety, comfort, and productivity of our members and staff. You will be at the forefront of preventive maintenance and rapid response to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency across all our operations.
