ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE in Quezon City, Metro Manila, is seeking a Reliver Multi Skilled Technician for a full-time position. You will maintain and repair retail equipment, support staff, and ensure smooth operations across our retail environment.

The role requires hands-on technical skills, customer-facing experience, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the team to deliver reliable service and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-skilled technical or maintenance roles, preferably within a retail or customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on retail equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
• Provide technical support to retail staff, troubleshooting equipment issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Conduct regular inspections of retail equipment, fixtures and infrastructure to identify potential problems before they escalates.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs completed and equipment servicing.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new retail equipment and displays as required.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair calls to minimise disruption to operations.
• Support the retail team in maintaining a safe and well-functioning work environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

About the role

We are seeking a Reliver Multi Skilled Technician to join ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our retail and consumer products operations. As a Multi Skilled Technician, you will be responsible for providing reliable technical support and maintenance services that ensure our retail environment operates smoothly and efficiently. This role is essential to maintaining the quality of our service delivery and customer experience across our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on retail equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality
