Job summary

Blue collar Manpower services is seeking a skilled Multi Skilled Technician to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role covers maintenance across building systems, troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related components to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Qualifications

About the role

Blue collar Manpower services' is seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Technician to join our team in Taguig City Metro Manila. This is a full‑time position where you will be responsible for providing a wide range of technical support and maintenance services to our clients in the real estate and property management industry.

What you'll be doing

• Carrying out scheduled and reactive maintenance on a variety of building systems and equipment
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building components
• Candidates must possess basic electrical training to handle electrical system repairs and maintenance
• Ability to perform complex HVAC system repairs is required
• Performing general handyman duties such as painting, carpentry, and minor building repairs
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant regulations and safety protocols
• Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and submitting reports as required
• Collaborating with the facilities management team to optimise building operations and address client needs

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 years' experience as a Multi Skilled Technician or similar role in the real estate/facilities management industry
• Strong working knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures
• Proficient in the use of various hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Commitment to quality workmanship and a focus on customer service
• Adaptable and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Technical certificate required for this position
