Job summary

Qualifications

• Vocational or technical course graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in property management or building maintenance.
• NC II is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Makati City and Paco Manila.
