Job summary

Blue collar Manpower services is seeking a skilled Multi Skilled Technician to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role covers maintenance across building systems, troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related components to ensure safe and efficient operations.

You will perform general handyman tasks, maintain detailed records, and collaborate with facilities management to optimize building performance for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Multi Skilled Technician or similar role in real estate/facilities management.
• Proficient with building systems and maintenance procedures.
• Experience with hand and power tools and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled and reactive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other components.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and submit reports as required.
