Qualifications

• Experience as a Multiskilled Technician or similar role in trades/services.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across disciplines.
• Certifications in at least two: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance.
• Proficient with standard tools, diagnostic equipment and testing instruments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across multiple sites.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools.
• Install, repair and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general building systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls to minimise downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and safety checks to identify potential issues.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Operate tools safely and keep equipment in good working order.

About the role

Polystar Manpower Services is seeking a skilled and versatile Multiskilled Technician to join our growing team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work across multiple technical disciplines, providing essential maintenance, repair and installation services to our valued clients. As a Multiskilled Technician, you will be at the forefront of delivering high‑quality technical solutions, ensuring equipment and systems operate efficiently whilst maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. What you'll be doing

• Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across multiple client sites
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions using appropriate diagnostic tools and techniques
• Installing, repairing and maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general building systems
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and service calls, ensuring minimal downtime for clients

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Multiskilled Technician, Maintenance Technician or similar role in the trades and services industry
• Sound knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, with the ability to work competently across multiple disciplines
• Valid technical certifications or qualifications in at least two of the following areas: HVAC, electrical work, plumbing, or general maintenance
• Proficiency in using standard tools, diagnostic equipment and testing instruments
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
• A commitment to health and safety standards, including knowledge of relevant workplace safety regulations
• Physical fitness and ability to work in various environments, sometimes in confined spaces or at heights
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
• Preferably, experience working for facilities management companies or in a multi‑site maintenance environment
