Job summary

Yngen Datacom Corp. in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Supply Chain Supervisor to manage day-to-day procurement, invoice processing, menu updates, and KPI reporting, supporting the Supply Chain and Quality Manager and collaborating with internal teams across multiple sites.

You will handle non-food procurement, place orders, verify invoices against POs, maintain records, update menus, and generate KPI reports while coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or a similar operations role.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High attention to detail, especially for data entry and invoice handling.
• Good written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience working with international or multi-site teams (nice to have).
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement software (nice to have).
• Background in food service, retail, or logistics (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Handle non-food procurement for recurring orders and new site deployments
• Place orders and coordinate with suppliers on delivery timelines
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records
• Process incoming invoices and verify against purchase orders
• Route invoices for approval and follow up on discrepancies or delays
• Update and maintain menus across relevant systems and sites
• Coordinate changes with internal stakeholders and ensure accurate implementation
• Compile and maintain KPI reports on a regular basis
• Flag variances and report to the Supply Chain Manager
