Job summary

The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory, quality, and financial policies, handling license processing as needed, organizing documents for the Supply Chain team, and coordinating SAP transactions with proper approvals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record, monitor and submit invoices/billings to customers.
• Supports month-end and quarter end closing activities.
• Assist in compliance and license processing (per need/annually).
• Responsible in ensuring all documents are filed and organized for Supply Chain Team.
• Ensures operational activities are following regulatory, quality, and financial policies
• Ensures that appropriate approvals are secured prior actual execution of SAP transactions
• Drive local initiatives that leads to process excellence within the country
• Oversees Import/Export activities and ensures stocks are delivered timely in BSC warehouse
• Other duties and project related activities may be assigned from time to time
