Job summary

LEAP Global Teams is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to own the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, endorsements, and onboarding support.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and people-oriented, able to manage multiple vacancies while collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR. Strong English communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience sourcing and screening candidates on LinkedIn, SEEK, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Independent work style with effective collaboration with HR/management.
• Proactive, resourceful and results-oriented.
• Experience across multiple industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates across platforms.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess fit for roles.
• Shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews across multiple roles.
• Conduct first-round interviews and provide candidate assessments to hiring managers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities.
• Manage recruitment across multiple businesses and industries.
• Coordinate final interviews and support hiring decisions.
• Assist with offer letters, onboarding, and new-hire documentation.
• Maintain positive candidate experience and build strong relationships.
• Track requisitions, pipelines, and hiring progress; provide updates to senior management.
