Job summary

Elite WorldGroup Services Inc. is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to source and engage qualified linguists and language professionals across multiple language pairs. You will build talent pipelines and manage candidate records in the ATS while collaborating with recruiters and project managers.

The role emphasizes creative sourcing strategies for niche language roles and delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, social media, job boards, and other online platforms.
• Strong research and sourcing skills for niche or hard-to-fill positions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple vacancies and pipelines.
• Comfortable with ATS, recruitment databases, spreadsheets, and other sourcing tools.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with recruiters and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage linguists, including translators, interpreters, reviewers, and language specialists across multiple language pairs.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for both high-volume and niche language requirements.
• Utilize sourcing tools, job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms to identify and attract active and passive candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening based on relevant experience, language proficiency, qualifications, and overall fit.
• Coordinate with recruiters, project managers, and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and recruitment databases.
• Develop creative and targeted sourcing strategies for rare, specialized, and hard-to-fill language roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a smooth, timely, and professional candidate experience from initial contact through the hiring process.
• Monitor sourcing activities and maintain an organized pipeline to support current and future staffing requirements.
