Job summary

You will process statements, invoices, payroll, and remittances, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance across entities. The role involves liaising with government agencies, timely reporting, and strong attention to detail to support internal controls and audits.

Qualifications

• Experience dealing with PEZA and City Hall; familiarity with Philippine government processes and remittances.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare statements of accounts and billing invoices
• Process disbursements and receipts
• Prepare payroll
• Follow up on collections
• Prepare Creditable Withholding Tax Certificates
• Submit SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth, and other government remittances
• Prepare BIR Tax returns (Expanded, Compensation, Final, VAT, DST)
• Prepare reports and provide documents required for Government Audit and External Audit
• Reconcile bank balances and record general journal entries
• Prepare Cash Position and Cash Flow Reports
