People Work Smart Services Philippines Inc. is expanding its Finance team and seeks a detail-oriented Management Accountant to support multiple entities, prepare financial reports, and contribute to sound financial decisions.

The role covers end-to-end management accounting, payroll support, supplier reconciliations, and ongoing process improvements, with onsite work in Angeles City and UK business-hours alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in management accounting across multiple entities.
• Experience preparing monthly management accounts.
• Strong payroll and accounts payable reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modelling.
• Experience supporting UK-based accounting functions is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts across multiple entities.
• Produce accurate financial reports and management information.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments and month-end adjustments.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Support payroll administration across multiple groups.
• Oversee accounts payable activities and supplier invoices.
• Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy in Sage/Excel.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and processes.
