Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience with bank reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and standard bookkeeping practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular bank reconciliations across multiple company accounts and entities.
• Record and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in maintaining the general ledger and supporting schedules.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions as needed.
• Prepare supporting documentation for month-end and year-end closing.
• Assist in preparing schedules for audits and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions across the group of companies.
• File and organize accounting records and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Support the accounting team with ad hoc reports and tasks as required.
