Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Ability to multi-task and manage various client interactions.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Capable of managing cross-channel interactions (Voice and Non-voice).
• Willing to work on premise in Ayala, Makati (Head Office).
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, holidays and weekends.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound or conduct outbound calls to support and manage client inquiries and requests.
• Provide support across CASA, Loans, Transaction banking, SBOL, Credit cards and other contact centre products.
• Answer emails and other correspondences when required.
• Cross-sell and upsell products as appropriate; escalate or route complex cases to the appropriate unit.
