Job summary

But First, Coffee Inc. is seeking a Business Development Associate to support and scale sales operations across multiple brands and verticals in Mandaluyong.

You will handle end-to-end sales activities, from inquiry management to closing, ensuring timely responses and strong conversion rates. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Franchise, Projects, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to maintain a seamless sales process and client handover after closing, while meeting SLAs

Qualifications

• Background in sales, business development, or account management.
• Ability to manage multiple products, services, and price points.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Comfortable handling high inquiry volumes in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in franchise, projects, or services sales is an advantage.
• Professional and client-facing demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries across all assigned brands.
• Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, decision-maker, and readiness.
• Manage the full sales cycle: inquiry → proposal → follow-up → closing.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and ensure no leads are missed or stalled.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales endorsements as needed.
• Maintain accurate and updated sales pipelines and CRM records.
• Coordinate with Franchise, Projects, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Ensure proper client handover to relevant internal teams after closing.
• Meet defined response-time SLAs and sales performance targets.
