Job summary

But First, Coffee in Mandaluyong is seeking a Sales Associate to drive and support sales across corporate, institutional, partnership, and other assigned channels. You will identify potential customers, convert leads into orders, and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

The role involves promoting multiple BFC concepts, preparing quotations, and coordinating with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and other teams to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable prospecting and building new relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop potential corporate, institutional, and partnership accounts.
• Reach out to prospective customers and convert leads into orders.
• Promote and sell BFC products across concepts and revenue opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations as needed.
