Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in operations, sales, business development, events, F&B, or related field.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations, service quality, inventory, manpower, and workflow monitoring.
• Assist in planning and coordinating coffee cart events, corporate events, and private functions.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Monitor sales performance, branch performance, and operational reports.
• Assist in developing strategies to increase sales, bookings, and revenue.
• Identify potential clients, business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate accounts.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Support promotions, campaigns, customer engagement, and business improvement initiatives.
• Maintain good relationships with clients, suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
